Quillon (quillon.ink) is a service of TAPTENNIS, LLC ("we", "us"), and our business is selling books, not data. We collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
What we collect
Account: your email address, your sign-in credentials, and your 18+ confirmation. Personalization: the answers you give so stories can cast you as the protagonist — your reader name, pronouns, and the story-by-story details you choose to provide or save for reuse. Reading & orders: your place and choices in each story you read, and a record of what you've purchased, including the generated PDF itself so you can download it again.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your card number — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party ad networks. We use cookies only to keep you signed in. To understand which pages are read, we use Vercel's privacy-friendly web analytics: aggregate, anonymous page-view counts with no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no personal profiles.
How your information is used
To personalize and render your stories, save your reading progress, fulfill your purchases, and send you transactional email about your account and orders (a receipt, a download link). We don't send marketing email without your consent, and we never share your personalization answers beyond what's needed to produce your book.
Who processes it
Quillon runs on a small set of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). When printed books launch, our print partner will receive only what's needed to print and ship your order.
Your choices
You can view and edit your personalization details on your account page at any time. To delete your account and the data that goes with it — profile, reading progress, and saved preferences — contact us and we'll take care of it.
