Welcome to Quillon. The Quillon service (quillon.ink) is operated by TAPTENNIS, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms — the plain-language deal between you and TAPTENNIS, LLC.
Who can use Quillon
Quillon is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and creating one is your confirmation that you are. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself.
The stories and your copy
The stories, including every personalized version generated from them, are copyrighted works belonging to Quillon or their authors. Reading a story free online, or buying a PDF or printed copy, gives you a personal-use license: read it, keep it, print it for yourself, gift a printed copy — but don't resell, republish, or redistribute the text commercially, and don't use the service to build a competing catalog.
Purchases
All purchases are one-time — there are no subscriptions and nothing recurring. Prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page; payment is processed by Stripe. Because your PDF is personalized and delivered instantly, PDF purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered — but if your PDF fails to generate or arrives defective, contact us and we'll regenerate it or refund you. Printed-book orders (when available) can be canceled for a full refund until the book enters production; after that, we handle print defects with a reprint.
Your content
The personalization details you provide remain yours. You give us permission to use them for exactly one thing: rendering your stories and producing the copies you order. Please keep the details you enter appropriate for a clean-content platform — we may decline to render or print content that is unlawful, hateful, or explicit.
The service
Quillon is in early access. We work to keep it reliable, but it's provided "as is" — we can't promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase the claim relates to.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll post the update here before it takes effect. Continuing to use Quillon after that means you accept the updated terms.
